The Federation of Parents & Citizens Associations of New South Wales (A.B.N 37 439 975 796) (P&C Federation) is subject to the Privacy Act 1988, which provides for the fair handling of personal information, and which sets standards for the collection, access, storage and use of personal information. We recognise that privacy is important to our members and other stakeholders who share information with us.

HOW DO WE DEAL WITH PRIVACY COMPLAINTS?
Your privacy is important to the P&C Federation and we will make every effort to resolve your concerns. Contact us on 1300 885 982. We will review and if possible, resolve your concerns in a timely fashion.
If you are not satisfied with our response, we may request that you submit your complaint in writing by email at mail@pandc.org.au with your contact details. We will then investigate your complaint and endeavour to respond to you in writing within a reasonable period and in any event within 21 days of receipt of your written complaint.
